How to shop at Bilico
Becoming a Bilico customer is easy - we cater for retailers, shops, e-retailers, schools and other businesses that sell or use toys and children's products in their operations.
1. apply for a customer account
To trade with us, you need a registered company. Fill in our [application form] or contact us at info@bilico.seand we will help you get started.
2. login to our B2B portal
Once your application has been approved, you will receive login details to our Customer Portal. There you can:
- See the full range with your purchase prices
- Placing orders directly
- See stock levels and delivery times
- Download product images and sales material
3. ordering & delivery
Place your order directly in the portal or by email. We process and dispatch most orders within 24-48 hours from our warehouse in Stockholm.
We work with leading freight forwarders for fast and secure deliveries throughout the Nordic region. Customers in Norway enjoy smooth handling thanks to our local VAT registration.
4. payment
As a new customer, you usually start with an advance payment. After established cooperation, we can offer invoice with payment terms.
